There are many reasons that we fail to achieve our goals. And the main reason is that your body couldn’t stand it physically or/and mentally in long term plans. When you get tired easily, you want to lie down and take a rest. Once you get comfortable, it’s hard to get out of the bed. It leads that you don’t want to work on it anymore.
If you want to achieve something big. Develop your physical strength first. It will make your body stronger — which can have willpower to endure any setbacks. Remember that mental toughness comes from your healthy body.
Eat healthy, work out regularly, and sleep well.
