It’s hard to know how long it will take to get a PR during the unprecedented time.
Regarding Express Entry, IRCC provides weekly update on which time period they are currently working on but it’s not accurate if your application is considered as a complex case.

If you want to get more information other than the profile summary on IRCC website, you can make a request GCMS notes that contain the latest updates on temporary immigration applications.
That being said, you can get more details like which part (e.g medical and criminality) had been passed or has been being reviewed, which office (e.g. Vancouver, Ottawa, etc) is handling your application, why your document isn’t satisfied from the officer(s), and so on.
So that you can get sort of how long it would take or plan on something else actively depending on how far the process has been made.
